My bet has not been settled yet. Why not?

Please check the detailed view of the bet under 'Open Bets' to make sure the event has finished. If the event has already been completed and more than 30 minutes have passed since the final result but your bet is still open, please contact our Customer Support team using the Ticket ID number as a reference. 

Please note the there may sometimes be delays in finalising results, as these need to be confirmed by official sources. 

In the case of live bets, the bets are monitored in real-time as the event progresses. In certain cases, there may be delays in settlement.
